The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering a wide variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education, Leisure, Residential, Ecclesiastical & Health – from £500k – £30m.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects while contributing to the consultancy's strategic growth – particularly in commercial sectors.

RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Strong consultancy / PQS experience within the UK
Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion
Strong working knowledge of both pre- and post-contract services
MRICS is preferred, or actively working towards
Confident client communicator and team leaderWhat's on offer?

£65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
