An industry-leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic London office-just minutes from Liverpool Street Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a diverse and hands-on role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work across multiple sectors, including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health, Residential, and Sport from £500k – £100m+. You'll take charge of projects, acting as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion.

With a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office, the rest from home), you'll have the flexibility to excel in your role while maintaining a great work-life balance.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
Car/travel allowance
