Preconstruction Manager

My client is a leading D&B firm specialising in the Commercial / Office Fitout segment of the industry and is looking for a Preconstruction Manager.

The office is based in Surrey near to a key station and with plenty of free parking, but the candidate would be able to work 2 days per week from the office and the rest from London OR Home.

The client has won lots of new exciting projects and is looking to expand its team.

The ideal candidate will have had experience as a Precon within the Office Fitout industry.

Ideal Candidate:

– Able to Drive

– Strong knowledge of the Design & Build fitout process

– Well presented and spoken

– Experience as a precon within the UK D&B industry with focus on commercial fitout

– Ideally a traditional background / experience somewhere along the lines

– Has experience with pricing through to delivering the numbers

– Able to conduct site visits

– Able to Manage / Review / Develop Tender applications / process
