Personal Assistant / Construction Secretary

We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Construction Secretary for a National House Builder based in Southampton.
This role will be based in the office and support new build housing construction sites across the South Coast.
The role of a Site Secretary is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of a construction site and ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
Responsibilities;
* ​​Ensure compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and any other relevant laws and regulations.
* Support project management: Assist in project management tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
* Coordinate Diaries
Requirements:
* Experience in a Personal Assistant / Construction Secretary or similar role
* Full time role, 5 days a week
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Highly orginsed with excellent communication skills
