Site Manager

Site Manager – City of London (4-Month Contract)

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an immediate start on a prestigious high-spec commercial project located in the City of London valued at £900k.

The project also involves work on a Grade II listed building, so a strong understanding and experience as a Site Manager on heritage construction sites and meticulous attention to detail are essential to be successful in this role.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential
Black CSCS Card – Essential
First Aid at Work Certificate – Essential
Proven experience managing high-end commercial fitouts or Grade II listed buildings.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and company procedures

Location: Central London – City of London

Contract Length: 4 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £250-£280 (dependent on experience)
