Site Manager – New Build School Extension | Manchester | £280-£310 per day | ASAP Start

We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to take the reins on a brand-new school extension project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic build that will make a real difference to the local community.

Contract Length: 5-6 months
Rate: £280-£310 per day (depending on experience)
Start: ASAP

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live new build educational project

Managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety, quality, and deadlines are met

Working closely with the Project Manager and client team to keep the build on track

Driving progress and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the job

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing new build school or educational projects

Strong leadership and communication skills – you'll be the key person on site

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Someone who can hit the ground running and keep things moving smoothly
