Manage residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Relevant experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
