Finishing Manager

We are recruiting a Finishing Manager to drive 9 plots from 2nd fix through to CML / Handover by controlling the finishing stage and managing the snag process to achieve a zero-defect standard.

Responsibilities

Daily plot inspections, record & issue snags

*

Track snag close-out and verify completion

*

Coordinate finishing trades (joinery, M&E final fix, painting, flooring, tiling, landscapers, cleaners)

*

Maintain plot completion forecasts & protect programme

*

Protect finished works & maintain safe working practices

*

Prepare for BC / NHBC / Client inspections & support Home Demos

Requirements

*

Previous finishing manager / internal works experience in traditional build housing

*

Confident managing multiple trades and challenging poor quality

*

Competent with snagging apps (e.g. FieldView, SnagR, Procore)

*

Strong eye for detail & “right first time” mindset
