The company delivers high-quality roofing and building solutions nationwide, with a focus on innovation, safety, and long-term performance.

The Role

* The Estimator will play a key role in producing accurate project costings and supporting tendering activity for a range of roofing and construction projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, this role ensures bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

* Key Responsibilities of the Estimator:

* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing and construction projects.

* Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.

* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance.

* Monitor costs and identify opportunities for value engineering.

* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and commercial efficiency.

Candidate Profile

* The ideal Estimator will bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills, with proven experience in construction estimation.

* Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated experience in roofing or construction estimating.

* Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

* Proficiency with estimating and project management software.

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.
