️ Site Manager – Shopfitting & Retail Fit-Out

Salary: £45,000- £55,000 + Vehicle or Allowance  + Overtime 

Location: UK-wide (no fixed base required)

Work Pattern: Day and night shifts, including live environments

Interview Process: Two stage interview process

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Site Manager to join a busy and fast-paced team delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. The role involves working on high-profile retail accounts and veterinary store rollouts, with a mix of fit outs and live environment installations.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong trade background, excellent organizational skills, and experience in food retail or shopfitting. Flexibility is key, as the workload varies across clients and includes both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple retail sites

Manage health & safety compliance and site operations

Coordinate with site teams and weekly operatives

Communicate effectively with Contracts Managers 

Deliver projects in live environments with minimal disruption

Ensure timely and quality delivery of installations and rollouts

What We're Looking For

Experience in shopfitting, food retail, or commercial refurbishment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Willingness to work nights and travel UK-wide

Trade background 

SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification (preferred)
