Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:
Taking ownership of commercial control across multiple contracts
Managing subcontracts, pricing works, and overseeing change control.
Working closely with clients and stakeholders
Providing accurate cost forecasting and reporting
Supporting delivery teams with expert commercial input
Driving best value in a commercial contract environment
