We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to work on busy construction sites in and around Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket who is looking for consistent work and the chance to be part of well-run, professional site teams.
Location: Southampton and nearby areas
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term placement)
Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and certification
About the Role:As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and efficiency on site. You'll be responsible for directing vehicle movements, managing deliveries, and ensuring that all traffic entering and exiting the site does so in a safe and controlled manner. You'll be working closely with site managers, contractors, and drivers, so good communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and safely, and who understands the importance of being alert and professional at all times.
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket
Previous experience on construction sites preferred
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
High level of reliability and punctuality
