Your Role on Site
As the Site Agent, you will lead daily site operations, taking full ownership of your section of works. Your mission is to drive the project forward, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead & Manage: Supervise all site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing clear direction and communication to ensure peak performance.

Drive Compliance: Champion the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management on site.

Oversee Quality: Take responsibility for all quality control, checks, and documentation.
*
Collaborate & Report: Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Designers, and the Client. You'll produce accurate site records and progress updates.

Mentor Your Team: Play a key role in developing and mentoring junior engineers, helping to grow the next generation of site leaders.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Essential Requirements:

Proven Experience: A strong track record as a Site Agent or an experienced Sub Agent within a civil engineering or highways environment.
*
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of concrete repair, structural maintenance, and general infrastructure works.
*
Qualifications: An HNC, HND, or Degree in Civil Engineering.
*
Site Tickets: You must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
*
Core Skills: IT proficiency, a full UK driving licence, and the leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse site team.
Desirable (Bonus Points):
*
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification.
*
Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
