Assistant Construction Manager

We’re recruiting an Assistant Construction Manager for a company delivering high-end residential and commercial refurbishment and design-&-build projects across London and the Home Counties.

Role Overview:

Support daily site management, ensuring quality, programme and H&S standards are met

*

Coordinate subcontractors, materials and site logistics

*

Maintain site records and assist with progress reporting and snag management

*

Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team

What You’ll Need:

*

Experience in a similar site-based role within construction/refurbishment

*

Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills

*

Confident working on live sites under time and quality pressures

*

CSCS (and ideally SMSTS/SSSTS)
