Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential / Mixed-Tenure Developments – South East

I’m recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing residential developer operating across the South East. This role offers strong progression, long-term stability and involvement in meaningful, quality-led housing projects.

The Role

Lead cost planning, procurement and subcontract management

*

Manage valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts

*

Work closely with project and site teams to maintain financial control

*

Provide accurate commercial forecasting and project reporting

What We’re Looking For

*

Experience as a QS or Senior QS in residential construction / housebuilding

*

Confident managing budgets, subcontractors and commercial risk

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

RICS accreditation is a bonus, not essential
