Assistant Site Manager – Residential Housebuilding – South East

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a well-established residential homebuilder, delivering high-quality new homes across the South East. This role will provide excellent exposure to site management and development as you support key construction activities.

The Role:

Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations

*

Coordinate trades, materials and site logistics

*

Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained

*

Assist with progress reporting, snagging and handover

You’ll Need:

*

Experience in a site-based role within residential construction

*

Strong organisation and communication skills

*

CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS desirable)

*

A proactive, hands-on approach
