Site Manager – Residential Construction (South East UK)

We’re hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead high-quality residential build programmes across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site delivery and work with a dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading all site activities: health & safety, programme management, subcontractor supervision, quality control

Managing budgets, schedules and site resources

Ensuring exceptional finishes and timely delivery

Mentoring and developing site teams

What you’ll have:

Proven track record as a Site Manager in residential construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Excellent understanding of site operations, quality and health & safety

*

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
