Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for Traffic Marshall / Gateman in Swindon

Start date: 17/11

Duration: 6 months

For this role, Traffic Marshall / Gateman would be undertaking the following duties:

The Traffic Marshal/Gate Man is responsible for safely directing vehicle and pedestrian movement on and around the construction site entrance.

 They will manage gate access, ensure site security, and support the smooth and safe flow of traffic, deliveries, visitors, and construction vehicles.

Direct and control vehicle movement in and out of the construction site. Safely guide delivery vehicles, cranes, and heavy equipment using standard hand signals and communication tools.

 Ensure safe pedestrian access around site entry points. Set up, monitor, and maintain traffic routes, signage, barriers, and cones as required.

All Traffic Marshall / Gateman on this project must have:

Traffic Marshall card CPCS or NPORS

CSCS

Must be happy to be umbrella payment 

Rates & Shift pattern:

£17-18 per hour (07:30 – 17:00, Mon – Fri. Overtime available)
