Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer
I'm recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of new-build housing developments across the region. This role sits within the technical team, helping to manage design information from planning through to construction.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate drawings and technical information with consultants and internal teams
*
Review and issue construction details, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations/NHBC
*
Support sites with technical queries and resolve design issues
*
Track design programmes and manage approvals
Requirements:
*
Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within housebuilding / residential development
*
Good understanding of working drawings, regulations and build stages
*
Strong communication and organisation skills
