About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in industrial new build projects, particularly warehouses. You'll be joining a reputable contractor delivering high-specification industrial builds across London. This project involves ground-up construction, steel frame erection, cladding, and internal fit-out of large-scale warehouse facilities.

Oversee all site operations and ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate subcontractors and manage trades on site
Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project teamRequirements for a Site Manager:

Proven experience managing industrial warehouse construction sites
Valid SMSTS
Black CSCS Card
First Aid Certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
