Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + company car + bonuses (up to 20% of salary)

Business Development Manager (Louvres) – UK

Our client, a well-established manufacturer specialising in commercial aluminium louvre and ventilation solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Great Britain, with a particular focus on Northern England.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the construction supply chain, including architects, contractors, and distributors. You will promote a range of high-performance louvre systems, identify new business opportunities, and secure specifications and orders for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
Engage with architects, consultants, and contractors to promote products and secure project specifications.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
Travel regularly across the UK to visit clients and attend meetings.Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within the ventilation or building services sector.
Proven success in selling commercial aluminium louvres or similar technical products.
Strong understanding of natural ventilation systems and ability to interpret architectural drawings.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Full UK driving licence required.
A degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of UK construction regulations would be advantageous.What's on Offer
