Key Responsibilities
*
Coordinate project handovers, site installations, and delivery
*
Oversee procurement, purchasing, and approvals in line with company processes
*
Manage manufacturing, assembly, and shipment authorisations
*
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies (“Safety First”)
*
Lead and support project teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
*
Deputise for senior management when required
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to maintain strong relationships
*
Identify and resolve project issues or non-compliance quickly and effectively
About You
*
Proven Project Management experience within electrical contracting
*
Experience in food, beverage, or industrial automation sectors preferred
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Proactive, solution-focused, and safety-minded
Key Relationships
*
Internal: Head of Projects, Commercial Manager, Technical Manager, Site Supervisor
*
External: Clients, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers
