Marketing Executive

Required background: Housebuilding

We are working closely with an entrepreneurial SME housing developer with ambitious plans to expand delivery and turnover over the coming years. Operating across Surrey and Hampshire, the company has built a first-class reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke residential developments.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support this growing business. This hands-on role suits a recent marketing graduate or someone with early experience, ideally within property. You’ll assist with marketing activities, presentation materials, and property listings, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency while supporting the wider marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and check 3D floorplans, flythroughs, site signage, and listings

* Spot errors in plans and marketing materials – accuracy is key

* Help manage site presentation and signage updates

* Support the sales team.

* Sites visit– onsite parking available

* General marketing admin – help with plans, images, signage, and documents

Requirements:

* Good attention to detail and solid organisational skills

* Comfortable with repetitive checking tasks

* Confident communicator and proactive attitude

* Housebuilding or Estate Agency Sales & Marketing Experience.
