Senior Site Manager

My client is seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Site Manager on a £7m Commercial Refurbishment project in Northfleet.

Reporting into the Project Manager, the Senior Site Manager will be an accomplished Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering challenging and fast paced projects in live environments.

The Project

* Cut and Carve of existing building, Steel wrapped in Concrete

* Constructing of an additional storey at roof level

* New MEP, Facade Render

* Fit out of management offices, and administration areas.

* External works consist of reconfiguring car parking, access routes, and logistics zones

* All construction is being carried out within a live operational environment

* Close coordination required with staff and careful consideration of public interface.

Rate:

* £330-£350pd CIS/PAYE Umbrella
