An established high-end residential contractor is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of a £1.4m private home in Hampstead – a stunning 4-bed residence with luxury finishes throughout.

The basement dig is already well underway, and the next 12 months will see a full high-end fit out with bespoke joinery, premium stonework, and tailored detailing at every level.

🔨 The Project

£1.4m single residence – full renovation and basement extension

4-bed private home with high-end bespoke interiors

Fit out and finishing stage due to run over the next 12 months

Directly reporting to a visiting Project Manager

🧱 The Role

*

Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing trades and subcontractors

*

Maintain quality control and ensure high-end finishes are achieved throughout

*

Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and H&S compliance

*

Liaise with clients, designers, and the visiting PM to ensure smooth delivery

*

Drive progress and uphold the standards expected of a prime residential build

Proven experience managing prime or super prime residential projects

Strong knowledge of fit out, finishes, and basement works

Excellent communication and coordination skills

A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
