Working for a leading hyperscale data centre developer, who are currently delivering a 210 MW facility in Norway — with expansion plans to reach half a gigawatt.

They’re looking for an experienced Planner to join the team and play a key role in one of Europe’s most ambitious data centre builds.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to work at the heart of a major hyperscale infrastructure project alongside top-tier industry professionals and global tech partners..

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against tight milestones as the project scales up to 500 MW.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and managing detailed project schedules for all phases of data centre construction and expansion.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

*

Monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to keep delivery on track.

*

Providing regular progress reports to senior stakeholders.

*

Using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 to manage complex schedules.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Planner or Project Scheduler on a data centre

*

Strong understanding of planning software (Microsoft Project / Primavera).

*

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

*

Experience working with or delivering for hyperscale clients is a big plus.

*

Based in, or open to relocating to, Norway.
