Contracts Manager for Railway Construction

We are seeking a skilled Contracts manager to lead the delivery of station fit-out projects in East London.The ideal candidate will have previous experience within rail, ideally on M&E station fit-out.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an established team and be responsible for assisting in the successful completion of projects.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
