Our client is a well-established retrofit and decarbonisation company, delivering a full range of sustainable energy and home improvement measures to domestic properties. Their services include gas boiler replacements, external and internal wall insulation, underfloor and loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solar panel installation, and air source heat pumps.
Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their office-based operations team in the West Midlands.
Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of office-based staff, ensuring efficient performance and smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, supporting the senior management team, and driving productivity across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of office-based staff.
Monitor team performance and track KPIs.
Support the Senior Management team with daily operational needs.
Oversee team attendance, including holidays, absences, and timekeeping.
Conduct regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
Provide guidance and motivation to help team members meet daily objectives.
About You
Proven management or team leadership experience.
Experience running a busy office environment.
Knowledge or background in ECO, Decarbonisation, Retrofit, or PAS (desirable).
Experience working within Social Housing (desirable).
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
