The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee fire door and fire stopping projects from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards

*

Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project

*

Managing subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery

*

Tracking budgets and approving costs to ensure financial control

*

Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

*

Producing progress reports, documentation, and handover materials

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who can manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have:

Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally within fire protection or commercial fit-out

Strong commercial understanding and budget management skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

A proactive approach with great attention to detail

Flexibility to visit sites when required
