Senior Site Manager – High-Specification Residential
Location: Central Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are recruiting a experienced Senior Site Manager for a unique and prestigious new-build and conversion project in the Central Yorkshire area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, privately owned developer with over 35 years of Building high quality homes. They have built an exceptional brand and a reputation for delivering high-specification, award-winning homes both in the UK and internationally.
The Project:
This is a flagship development featuring two distinct elements:
The construction of 20 high-specification executive homes, each valued between £750,000 and £1 million.
A complex conversion of a Grade 2 listed building into luxury apartments.
The Role:
As the No.1 Senior Site Manager, you will be the driving force on-site. You will take full responsibility for the project from the ground up, managing all aspects of the build, subcontractors, and site team. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the exceptional quality standards for which the company is known.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives on-site and is passionate about driving a project forward. The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record as a Senior Site Manager, ideally on high-specification residential projects.
Experience with heritage or listed buildings is highly desirable.
A trade background is strongly preferred, offering a practical understanding of the build process.
Ambition and a clear desire to progress into a Project Manager role in the near future.
A keen eye for detail and an uncompromising approach to quality and health & safety.
