Fire Door Site Manager

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee fire door installation and remediation projects within the social housing sector. This role requires travel throughout London and Home Counties. You will ensure site compliance, manage subcontractors and in-house teams, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations for fire door installation/remediation projects

Ensure compliance with industry standards and certification requirements

*

Manage site teams, subcontractors and scheduling

*

Conduct quality checks and site audits

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and internal stakeholders

*

Ensure health & safety regulations are met at all times

*

Deliver projects on time, to budget and to specification

About You

*

Experience managing fire door or passive fire protection projects

*

Strong knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance

*

Flexible on travel throughout London and Home Counties

*

Confident managing teams and multiple sites

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Social housing experience highly desirable
