The Role
As a Supervisor, you will support the delivery of fire door installation and remediation projects within the social housing sector. This role requires travel throughout London and the Home Counties. You will assist in ensuring site compliance, coordinate site teams, oversee workmanship quality, and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day site operations for fire door installation and remediation projects

Ensure works are carried out in line with industry standards and certification requirements
*
Coordinate in-house operatives and subcontractors
*
Conduct on-site quality checks and assist with site audits
*
Build positive relationships with clients, residents and internal teams
*
Ensure robust adherence to health & safety procedures
*
Assist in delivering projects on schedule and to specification
About You
*
Experience supervising fire door or passive fire protection works
*
Strong understanding of fire door regulations and compliance
*
Flexible with travel throughout London and the Home Counties
*
Confident overseeing teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
*
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*
Social housing experience is highly desirable
