Site Manager – Hospital / Healthcare – London & Home Counties

I am currently recruiting a Site Manager to join a main contractor based in London to work on primarily healthcare & education projects in London and the Hampshire / Sussex / Surrey area ranging in value between £500k to £5 million.

Projects inlcude –

– £3 million refurbsihment of a government 5 storey building in Southampton

– £1.5 million refurbishment of a hospital ward

– £2 million refurbishment of a live hospital in West London

The Candidate – must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary & package and are looking to start the suitable candidate in December 25 / January 26.
