Multi-Trade Operative – South London (Lewisham, Bromley, Wandsworth, Lambeth)

£20.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00 | Van Provided | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing bias) to join our team working across tenanted social housing properties in the South London area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role

You'll be carrying out a range of maintenance and repair work in occupied (tenanted) homes, ensuring a professional and high-quality service is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and general maintenance

Completing multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, plaster patching, or painting as required

Working independently in tenanted properties while maintaining excellent customer service

Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or Plumbing Multi-Trader

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (plumbing preferred)

Full UK Driving Licence – essential

Must have own tools (van provided)

Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Able to start immediately
