JOB TITLE: Loft Installer
LOCATION: Corby (covering local and regional installation sites)
SALARY: £29500 – £33500

Frontline Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable and growing home improvement specialist based in Corby. We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Loft Installer to join their professional installation team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing loft insulation, boarding, ladders, and other energy-efficiency products to a high standard, ensuring every customer receives excellent workmanship and service. You’ll work across domestic and small commercial sites, helping customers improve their homes safely and efficiently.

THE ROLE

*

Install loft insulation, boarding, ladders, and other loft access systems to specification

*

Work efficiently in a team to complete installations safely and on schedule

*

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards

*

Carry out site assessments and report any issues to the installation manager

*

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working order

*

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally on-site

*

Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times

*

Support the wider team with stock handling and preparation of installation materials when required

THE REQUIREMENTS

*

Previous experience as a loft installer, insulation fitter, or similar construction trade role

*

Good practical and problem-solving skills

*

Physically fit and comfortable working at height and in confined spaces

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

CSCS card (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

*

Good communication and customer service skills
