Job Title: Fire Door Joiners (X2) – (Night Shifts)

Location: Sunderland

Rate: £230 – £250 per day

Duration: Approximately 1 Month's work

Start: Monday 10/11/2025

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Fire Door Joiners for night shift work on a retail store project in Sunderland. The role involves carrying out remedial works, repairs, and replacements of fire doors, ensuring all installations meet compliance and fire safety standards. Candidates must have proven experience working with fire door systems and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship within a live retail environment.

Key Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card
Experience in Carpentry and working with fire doorsDay-to-Day Responsibilities:

Carry out remedial works, repairs, and replacements of fire doors to compliance standards
Inspect, adjust, and fit door sets, frames, ironmongery, and seals as required.
Work efficiently during night shifts within a live retail environment, minimising disruption.
Ensure all works meet fire safety and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
