About the Role – Senior Project Designer
As Senior Project Designer you will take full design responsibility on high-profile office fit-out projects from concept through to delivery, working within a design & build model. You will lead the Revit modelling and technical design process, collaborating with interior designers, project managers and contractors to ensure that design intent is realised, quality standards are met and client expectations exceeded. Key activities include:

Driving the Revit modelling and BIM process for CAT A, CAT B and design & build projects

Producing design documentation, coordinating discipline inputs and resolving technical design challenges
*
Leading design reviews, coordinating with interiors, MEP and structural teams
*
Supporting estimating and value-engineering workshops from a design lens
*
Ensuring adherence to sustainability, quality and buildability standards
*
Mentoring and developing more junior design team members
*
Presenting design proposals to clients and maintaining the design vision through to completion

Requirements
*
Experience in commercial office fit-out (design & build or similar) including delivery of CAT A, CAT B, workplace transformations
*
Advanced proficiency with Revit, including modelling, documentation and coordination workflows
*
Strong technical design capability with the ability to resolve detail-and-buildability issues
*
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (interiors, MEP, structure) and collaborating with project managers and contractors
*
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and design stakeholders
*
Proven ability to lead and mentor design team members, take ownership of a project design stream and follow through to construction
*
