About the Role – Senior Project Designer
This is a key design leadership role, responsible for both conceptual and technical delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects. You’ll take creative ownership from early design development through to completion, ensuring that every concept is backed by robust technical detailing and flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:

Leading conceptual design development, including mood boards, sketches, presentations and 3D visuals that define the creative direction

Translating design intent into coordinated technical drawings and models in Revit

*

Driving collaboration between design, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless design integrity and constructability

*

Overseeing production information and technical detailing to support on-site delivery

*

Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders to communicate design intent and adapt to feedback

*

Mentoring junior designers and setting the standard for design quality, presentation, and technical output

Requirements

*

Strong background in commercial office fit-out or design & build environments (CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment)

*

Advanced proficiency in Revit, with proven ability to manage modelling, documentation, and coordination

*

Excellent conceptual design ability, coupled with strong technical acumen and attention to detail

*

Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with interiors, MEP, and construction professionals

*

Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

*

Leadership ability with experience guiding and developing design teams

*

A pragmatic and proactive approach to balancing creativity, cost, and constructability
