Senior Quantity Surveyor

A market leading construction consultancy in Reading is seeking a career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is a key opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work across a broad mix of sectors, progress within a supportive environment, and lead on meaningful projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic quantity surveying team of 20 professionals, delivering a wide range of projects including heritage refurbishments, new build residential schemes, commercial developments, and education projects across Berkshire and surrounding counties.

Working closely with an Associate Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver both pre and post contract services. Over time, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of larger projects and support the development of Assistant Quantity Surveyors within the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion
Excellent Pre & Post Contract Experience
Previous QS experience in a UK ConsultancyIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
£5,000 car allowance
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
