Overview

Cityscape Recruitment is representing a well-established M&E contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing electrical installation projects across London, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership ability to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the wider team.

*

Oversee all aspects of electrical installation, ensuring delivery to specification, on time, and within budget.

*

Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and site teams as required.

*

Implement and maintain robust Health & Safety measures across all project activities.

*

Ensure quality assurance and control procedures are consistently upheld.

Requirements

*

Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services or commercial fit-out sector.

*

Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent).

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation standards, and technical drawings.

*

Comfortable being site-based throughout the project duration.

*

Commutable distance to Central London.

*

Proven track record delivering office fit-out projects preferred.
