We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Marshall to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic around the site. This position requires a strong understanding of traffic marshalling principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various operatives.

Duties

* Monitor and direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic at construction sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

* Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop effective project scheduling strategies.

* Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports related to transportation planning and civil engineering projects.

* Engage in project management activities including tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

* Conduct site assessments to identify potential traffic hazards and recommend mitigation measures.

* Maintain clear communication with team members, contractors, and local authorities regarding traffic control measures
