The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting site operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Responsibilities include:

Supervising trades and subcontractors

Supporting the Site Manager with daily site activities

Monitoring progress to ensure programme deadlines are met

Ensuring all work is carried out safely, to quality standards, and in line with regulations

Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety checks

Maintaining site records and reporting progress

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within construction

Strong knowledge of health & safety practices on-site

Ability to coordinate trades and drive progress

CSCS card essential

SSSTS/SMSTS preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
