I’m working with an established engineering consultancy focused on improving building performance, reducing energy use, and helping clients move toward net-zero.

This role would suit someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges in existing buildings, especially across Science & Research, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

You’ll lead mechanical design and consultancy projects, mentor others, and shape the next phase of a growing team that blends design engineering, data, and sustainability.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

Leading refurbishment, retrofit and performance improvement projects
Working hands-on across surveys, feasibility, and detailed design
Helping clients understand and optimise how their buildings really perform
Supporting decarbonisation, energy reduction and asset improvement plans🎯 What we’re looking for:

Chartered (or working towards) Mechanical or Building Services Engineer
HVAC Certification
Strong experience with existing buildings and performance data
Confident communicator and client-facing leader
