Site Manager

Calling all Modular Build Site Managers!!!

On the back of a major national framework win, one of our top Modular Build Main Contractor clients is in hiring mode!!!

– Are you a No.1 Site Manager with good Modular Build project experience?
– Do you have full project lifecycle experience, groundworks / install / fit out?
– Is clent liaison a real strength of yours?

If so, Build Space has the perfect Site Manager role for you!!!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

– Subcontractor management
– Programme management
– Quality Control
– Maintaining highest H&S standards
– Daily / weekly reporting

Site Manager experience required:

– Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
– Good Modular Build experience
– Trade background preferred
– CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
– Excellent communication skills – written & spoken
