Project Manager

I'm looking to speak with experienced Project Managers who have a strong background in cut and carve and structural alteration projects, ideally having delivered substantial schemes as a specialist subcontractor.

The project is a £10m office-to-hotel conversion in Central London, involving significant demolition, structural alterations, and internal reconfiguration works.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day delivery, overseeing site teams, managing programme and progress, coordinating with the main contractor and client team, and ensuring works are executed safely and to spec.
Requirements:

Proven experience delivering cut & carve or complex structural refurbishments
Strong understanding of demolition, temporary works, and sequencing
Excellent programme management and client-facing skills
