Site Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-value school project for the Department for Education. The role offers the potential to progress to Senior Site Manager, overseeing complex civil, structural, and architectural works.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
*
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce HSE compliance, and maintain health and safety standards
*
Report to senior management and liaise with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
*
Experience in civil, structural, and architectural works; façade experience is advantageous
*
CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification
*
Enhanced DBS check clearance
*
Must live within travelling distance of Sudbury
