Project manager opportunity working for a Consultancy based out of Essex and operating in commercial fit out projects in London.

This is an attractive role working for a family run company with a vibrant and progressive culture. Working with a small team where good work is recognised and rewarded accordingly. Flexibility with working from home and your week will be split between working in the office in Essex and on projects in London.

Great opportunity for a Project manager to work for a consultancy business who have been operatiing in the construction fit out sector for over 30years delivering consultancy project management services.

Project Manager responsibilities

Project manager will be overseeing /managing fit out projects from start to finish, ensuring the project is on time, within budget and compliant with health, safety and quality standards.

Develop pre-contract project plans, lead project teams, monitor progress and ensuring cost effective delivery.

Work closely with the client, stakeholders and project teams and present regular updates and reporting.

The ideal Project Manager

Construction background with a degree of higher level qualification.

Ideally looking for professional accreditation (RICS, APM ,CIOB)

Proven experience working for a consultancy as a Project manager and worked in fast track commercial fit out sector.

Ideally 5+ years in a similar roles and still very ambitious and driven to work with a successful consultancy.
