About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Refurbishment Estimator to join our team, focusing on interior refurbishment and small works projects. This office-based role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, from residential upgrades to commercial fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for interior refurbishment and small works projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce detailed costings.

*

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing information.

*

Support tender submissions and ensure estimates meet deadlines.

*

Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience estimating interior refurbishment and small works projects.

*

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes used in interior works.

*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

*

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus.

*

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
