Role Overview:
We are seeking a permanent Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in building structures and exposure to design office work. The role involves contributing to refurbishment and extension projects for commercial and residential schemes, including site surveying and structural design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural design and analysis for commercial and residential building projects.

Preparation of calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.

Conducting site surveys and inspections to support project design and delivery.

Collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality structural solutions.

Contributing to all stages of projects, from feasibility through to completion.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in building structures.

Proven design office experience in commercial and residential projects.

Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods.

Experience in site surveying and inspection.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be within reasonable commuting distance of Westminster 1-day WFH may be considered after an initial settling-in period.
