This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of architectural services to high profile projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice.

Help deliver residential and commercial projects
Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawingsSkills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Successfully complete your RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
Relevant Post Part 1 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant
Relevant experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant would be advantageous
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on residential or commercial projects
Strong drawing and designing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
